Takedown Policy

ColorWee.com is an educational and community-focused platform dedicated to creative expression, learning, and sharing. We support creators and respect intellectual property rights. However, we also value open access to creativity and fair use principles.

If you believe your copyright or intellectual property rights have been infringed by content on ColorWee.com, you may submit a formal takedown request.

1. Submitting a Takedown Request

Please email [email protected] with the following:

  • Identification of the Content: Include direct URLs and a clear description of the allegedly infringing material.
  • Description of Infringement: Explain how the content violates your rights.
  • Your Contact Information: Full name, email, and (if applicable) mailing address.
  • Proof of Ownership: Documentation showing that you own or represent the rights holder.
  • Statement of Good Faith: That you believe the use is unauthorized.
  • Statement of Accuracy: That the information is correct and you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Incomplete or vague requests may be ignored.

2. Review and Removal Process

Upon receiving a valid request, we will review it and may seek clarification. If appropriate, we will remove or restrict access to the content in question. However, submission of a request does not guarantee removal.

We do not admit liability by acting on a takedown request.


3. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, send a counter-notification to [email protected] with:

  • Details of the Removed Content: What was removed and where it was.
  • Statement under Penalty of Perjury: That it was removed in error or misidentification.
  • Your Contact Info: Full name, mailing address, and email.

If legally required, we may forward this to the original complainant.

4. Abuse and Misuse

We reserve the right to reject any request we believe to be fraudulent, abusive, retaliatory, or otherwise invalid.

5. Changes to This Policy

ColorWee.com may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any changes.

6. Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Slovakia.
